Here is some of the bins I've worked on for my car. Started out using stock 1227165 ECM and the $32B code (350, Iron, 700R4). Then During August, 2002 I went to $6E for the 1227165 ECM. On April, 2003 I switched to $8D. $8D runs on a 1227730 ECM (90-92 Speed Density TPI F-body) and 1227727 (90-92 Speed Density TPI Y-body). That setup was tuned for my 355cid, 8.96:1 cast iron SBC, with a vortech a-trim at 8psi. Fuel is 38psi idle, 65psi under full boost. Injectors are FORD SVO 24# and run 91% DC under full bost. Log file. On February 10, 2004 I switched to $58. $58 runs native on a 1227749 ECM. It is from a '93 GMC Syclone. It does however work fine in a 1227730 ECM. Either way, to make $58 compatible with the SD harness you need to repin a few things. Again, the ECM's are almost the same - just the different software expects things do be on different pins. I've been testing lately with $60, which is a partially recoded version of $58. Its 32k, and very well commented. Current setup is 355cid, 8.96:1 cast iron SBC, with a vortech S-trim at 12psi. Fuel is set to 50psi idle, 55/60psi WOT/Full boost. Injectors are FORD SVO 36#.My current $58 bin.
