How I did MY setup: Air conditioning deleted, motor is a 357 CI miniram motor. Using a '730 ECM with 1-bar map sensor and custom code. Notes: Use loctite on bolt securing S/C pulley. Powerdyne bearings fail after continueous 265F use, so heat shieds or cool air routing is recommended. Step up ratio is 3.05:1, max RPM is 42,500. A 7" crank pulley (stock C4) and a 3.33" supercharger pulley is 38,468 @ 6,000 RPM. Max eff speed is 40,000 so keeping it under or at 40,000 at max RPM is ideal. Supercharger is between 62-68% efficient.
